    We understand emergencies happen. If you are unable to meet the notice requirements due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. While charges may still apply, we strive to work with our customers on a case-by-case basis.
  • Non-Refundable Charges
    Charges incurred for last-minute cancellations or day-of cancellations are non-refundable as they compensate for the time, labor, and resources allocated for your service.
  • Switching Subscriptions
    If you wish to switch between subscription plans (e.g., from bi-monthly to monthly service), a 7-day notice prior to your next scheduled service is required. Changes made without proper notice may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
  • Proper Notice Required
    To cancel or reschedule a service or subscription, customers must notify us at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service date. This allows us to adjust our schedule and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations
    In the case of inclement weather that prevents us from performing your service, we will notify you and reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Day-Of or Last-Minute Cancellations
    Less than 24 hours’ notice: If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, 50% of the service cost will be charged. Day-of cancellations or no-shows: If the service is canceled on the same day as the appointment or the team arrives at the property and cannot complete the service, the full cost of the service will be charged.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Mobile payment options may also be available.
  • Can I customize my maintenance package?
    Absolutely! We can tailor packages to meet your specific lawn care needs.
  • How do I book an estimate?
    You can book an estimate online through our website by creating an account with us, and subscribe to one of our maintenance services, purchase a one time service or by calling our office directly and we can create a custom plan for you over the phone.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve the Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas within a 50 mi radius. Outside of a 50 mi radius, we will charge a a flat rate fee based off the distance. This can be negotiated and discussed per project bid.
  • How far in advance should I schedule my service?
    We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
  • How can I reschedule my service?
    Contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations require at least 7 days' notice before a scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur charges, as outlined in our policy.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. For pre-paid packages, unused portions may be refunded upon cancellation per our terms.
  • Is there a fee for late payments?
    Yes, payments not made within the agreed-upon time may incur a late fee after the second attempt at charging the card on file, or we are unable to contact the owner of the home, or complete the payment.
  • Do you offer service guarantees?
    Yes, we stand by our work and will address any reasonable concerns if you’re not satisfied.
  • What happens if I need additional work during my project?
    We’re happy to accommodate changes and will provide an updated quote for any added work.
  • Do you provide free estimates?
    Yes, we offer free estimates for all landscaping and contracting services.
  • What types of landscaping projects do you handle?
    We specialize in landscape design, lawn renovations, garden installations, and more. Contact us to discuss your project.
  • Can you handle large-scale projects?
    Yes, our team is experienced in managing both small and large landscaping projects.
  • Do you offer project timelines?
    We provide an estimated timeline during your consultation based on project size and scope.
  • How do I prepare my yard for service?
    Please remove pets, toys, and other obstructions from the yard before we arrive.
  • What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
    We’ll contact you to reschedule if weather conditions prevent us from performing your service at least 2 hours before your service. We do our best to keep our customers informed during the day if weather permits.
  • Do I need to be home during the service?
    Not necessarily. Just ensure clear access to your property and remove any obstacles from the service area.
  • Do you offer seasonal clean-ups?
    Yes, we provide both basic and specialty clean-ups for fall, spring, and other times of need. Contact us and we will build you a custom plan over the phone, or right at your door step!
